Fax: (860) 247-4576		 - 124 Rooms: ~  5 Floors ~ There are only 16 rooms with two double beds. King or Queen bedded rooms (one bed, double occupancy) and Suites seem to be the other choices.  A third guest is offered a "cot" (regular cost unknown).

- In Hotel Fitness Center.  Breakfast daily at Pierpont's Restaurant.  Lunch and dinner daily at America’s Cup Bar & Lounge.
- Parking - $15.00 to $20.00  ~  Valet Parking offered. Parking fee rates vary.

Note:   The 2003 tourney rate is $82 per night (+ tax) and $10 a day parking.  Needed cots will put in any room free of charge.  Per contact person Bob Door 11/20/03.  Per Elsa on 12/13/03, the entrance to the parking garage is on Ann St and there is an internal passageway between the garage and the hotel.  She indicated valet parking was included in the parking fee, but couldn't confirm that it applied for the tournament. (Be prepared to deal with polite people who's accent may make understanding difficult.)

Begin from Directions to Hartford, Connecticut, and then...

FROM I-91 NORTHBOUND:
- I-91 North bear left on ramp at sign reading "Exit 32B Trumbull Street" (There are a number of bends and exits here, Stay on Exit 32B Trumbull Street).
- Go straight for eight (8) lights and turn right onto Asylum Avenue. The Goodwin Hotel is the red brick building, one block down on the left, at the corner of Haynes and Asylum.

FROM I-91 SOUTHBOUND:
- I-91 South take exit #32B, (Trumbull Street)
- Go straight for eight (8) lights and turn right onto Asylum Avenue. The Goodwin Hotel is the red brick building, one block down on the left, at the corner of Haynes and Asylum.

FROM I-84 EASTBOUND:
- I-84 East take exit #49, (High Avenue/Ann Avenue) 
- Go straight to the third light and turn right onto Trumbull Avenue. Continue to the third light and turn right onto Asylum Avenue. The Goodwin Hotel is the red brick building, one block down on the left, at the corner of Haynes and Asylum.

FROM I-84 WESTBOUND: 
- I-84 West take exit #50, (Main Avenue) 
- Go straight to the third light and turn left onto Trumbull Street - continue to the fourth light and turn right onto Asylum Avenue. The Goodwin Hotel is the red brick building, one block down on the left, at the corner of Haynes and Asylum.

Estimated Travel Time from West Chester, PA: 4 hours, 49 minutes (best time) for 236 miles (Can take 6+ hours)



LEAVING THE GOODWIN HOTEL....

TO I-84 EAST exits >50
  -  North on Ann St
  -  Right at 1st light past Church St onto South Chapel St
  -  Entrance to I-84 East is in the Left lane 		TO I-91 SOUTH exits <32
   -  North on Ann St
  -  Right at 1st light past Church St onto South Chapel St
  -  Entrance to I-91 South is in the Right lane
TO I-84 WEST exits <49
   -  North on Ann St
  -  Left at 2nd light past Church St is entrance to I-84 West 		TO I-91 NORTH exits >32
  -  Take Asylum or Pearl east to Right turn onto Trumbull St
  -  At the end of Trumbull St, turn/bear left onto Jewel St
  -  Follow Jewel St until you come to a small traffic circle
  -  Entrance to I-91 North is your 4th Right off the traffic circle. Watch the signs!
